Interior refurbishment

Refurbishment is taken from strip-out through to the finished room. Kitchens and bathrooms include tiling, plumbing and flooring. Cinema rooms, music and film studios, and photographic or green-screen infinity coves are specified as complete interiors.

Associated works sit with the same instruction where they belong to the room: damp proofing, soundproofing, waterproof render, doors and general building work. Insurance reinstatement is undertaken.

One contractor stays with the job. The quotation sets the scope before work starts, for clients in Cambridgeshire, Cambridge, Essex and Suffolk.
